Synopsis:
Students will gain an understanding of the critical importance of user interface and user experience design. Students will also learn industry-standard methods for how to approach the design of a user interface and key theories and frameworks that underlie the design of most interfaces we use today.

- Describe the main theories of design of user interfaces.
- Identify interaction design patterns and their applicability.
- Develop an appropriate interaction design pattern for a particular app user interface situation with targeted users.
- Create a user interface prototype from mobile apps communication perspective.
